CONTEXT

Two new brand campaigns with a more emotional approach.

Samsonite is one of the largest luggage companies in the world and well-known for its unquestionable expertise in this domain. With its long history, solid reputation, and commitment to innovation, Samsonite remains a top contender in the highly competitive luggage market.

Satisfaction was asked to create awareness around two new suitcases lines, Respark, a soft-sided luggage, and ESSENS, an advanced luggage made of recycled materials and featuring a 3-point lock system through two global 360 campaigns. 

CONCEPT

My journey,
my Samsonite.

Satisfaction proposed the brand idea, “My journey, My Samsonite.” The goal was to consistently align with the consumer on a personal, intimate level, through connecting to their desires, their needs, and their journey while retaining Samsonite’s authority as a classic market leader. The brand idea brought a contemporary and personable dimension to Samsonite.

With Respark, the campaign focused on comfort, elegance, and style through testimonies of four distinct personalities of different demographics. The campaign for ESSENS emphasized sustainability and sophistication through a lifestyle shoot and an inner-voice narrative.

Satisfaction developed flexible and adaptable creative toolboxes for Samsonite including prints, long-form video, short-form video content, and social media posts, allowing each market to operate independently and communicate their own plans across multiple channels, such as trade, retail, OOH, and social media.
